Professional help and experience
Anna Pańczak
I work in a psychodynamic paradigm, in which the most important tool is the relationship between the patient and the psychotherapist. Exploring this relationship and other relationships in the patient’s external world, empathizing with their subjective experience, as well as discovering the unconscious aspects of the patient’s functioning and motivation is the essence of the psychodynamic approach. The framework for this kind of therapy is provided by strictly defined rules of the cooperation between a patient and a psychotherapist. Psychotherapy begins with a diagnostic process.
